PANCAKES GALORE AT MAIN BEACH
Guests have again enjoyed a delicious breakfast of pancakes with ice cream, whipped cream and tasty toppings at Main Beach’s Pancake breakfast, which are a weekly event at Main Beach during holiday periods.
Park Manager Paul closely guards the recipe to his delicious mix which has guests lining up for seconds and thirds and claiming "they are the best pancakes we have ever had" Each week guests consume over 400 pancakes which equates to 40 litres of pancake mix, 30 litres of ice cream, 4 litres of cream and 3 litres of topping.
