The sun is shining again at Main Beach so time for Pancakes again.....

After a fairly bleek week with the weather it was good to see the sun out shining again just in time for our Pancake Breakfast this week.   After having to postpone a few events due to the weather this week including our legendary Barefoot Bowls the guests were well and truly ready to sit back and relax in the beautiful Gold Coast Sunshine.   What a difference 24 hours can make with the weather, a few guests have even been heard to say "gees isn't it hot and muggy" - perfect Queensland weather we say.

Once again we must congratulate and thank our wonderful volunteers who enable us to cook and serve hundreds of pancakes for over 150 hungry guests.  We have such wonderful and eager volunteers that there is like there is on our sites a waitlist to volunteer.
