Broadwater Tourist Park in Southport boasts one of the best locations on the Gold Coast. Right on the water's edge, the park has beautiful views to the high-rises of Surfers Paradise, and is directly across the water from Sea World and Marina Mirage.

The major shopping centre, Australia Fair, with its large selection of boutiques, national chain stores, cinemas and supermarkets, is just a stroll away.

The park is a short drive to the excitement of Surfers Paradise and Sea World, and provides easy access to all the other Gold Coast theme parks and major shopping centres. Transfers and buses are available.

Our new pool is open and in use!

We now have two pools to keep you refreshed at Broadwater. The new one is located amidst the villas in the southern section of the park. It is shaped 11m x 7m and features a shallow area for parents and their toddlers to enjoy. Our pools are heated during the winter months, so swimming is always an option, any time of year!
